1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or applying to a Salvirg programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment in a Salvirg programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion. Cohort dates are subject to change; enrolled students will be notified with a minimum of 14 days notice.
3. Payment & Refunds
Programme fees are due before cohort start. For instalment plans, each payment must be received by the agreed date. We do not offer refunds once a cohort has started. If you are unable to attend a cohort after paying, you may defer your enrolment to the next cohort at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before cohort start.
4. Programme Delivery
Salvirg delivers all programmes through live online classes. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and necessary devices to participate. We provide PDF materials that remain your property after completion. We reserve the right to adjust curriculum content to reflect current industry requirements.
5. Placement & Mentorship
The 3-month post-graduation mentorship and access to our partner company network are available to students who complete their full programme. Placement is not guaranteed; our 95% placement rate reflects historical outcomes and is not a contractual commitment. We will make good-faith efforts to support your placement throughout the mentorship period.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to treat instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect in all live classes and communications. Salvirg reserves the right to remove any student from a programme without refund for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to others.
7. Intellectual Property
All Salvirg curriculum materials, PDF resources, and website content are the intellectual property of Salvirg. Students receive a personal licence to use these materials for their own career development. You may not redistribute, sell, or share curriculum materials with non-students.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvirg is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to a programme shall not exceed the fee paid for that programme.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria, unless alternative dispute resolution is mutually agreed.
