Our Story

Why Salvirg Exists

Salvirg was founded in 2022 with a simple but radical belief: that with the right training, mentorship, and access to opportunities, anyone — from anywhere — could build a world-class career in technology and business.

At the time, too many talents were stuck — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access. Access to quality live instruction. Access to real mentors who had walked the path. Access to companies that would give them a first chance.

Salvirg was built to close those gaps. We designed a system: intensive live training, followed by 3 months of hands-on mentorship, followed by direct placement into our growing global partner network.

Six cohorts and 700+ graduates later, we're just getting started. Our mission is to launch 1,000,000 careers by 2030.
